The DA-41T control device provides a touch screen solution with convenient operation and rich functions for the multi-axis torsion axis bending machine. The use of brand-new electronic technology provides a perfect solution for the control of the sliding block of the bending machine, the control of the back gauge axis, and the flexible configuration of the I/O port.

Angle programming of bending steps, mold and material properties, etc. can be completed by data editing in a concise and clear table. The system provides a standard USB interface, all products and molds can be backed up and restored through the USB interface.

The back gauge shaft can support servo, two-speed AC motor, and inverter control. According to actual needs, you can choose unilateral or bilateral positioning, as well as the optional screw correction function. The high-end control system DA-42T supports two backgauge shafts and compensation functions.
