● The DAC-360T control device provides a convenient operation and versatile solution for the shearing machine. Based on the latest electronic technology, it can provide multiple backgauge shafts, cutting angle, cutting length and blade gap control according to customer needs.

● In addition to the control of the back gauge, DAC-360T can automatically calculate the required shear angle and gap value according to the material properties and thickness. The cutting stroke based on the length of the cut sheet can be automatically optimized to improve production efficiency.

● The backgauge control can support servo control, frequency conversion control single and double speed AC motors. Depending on the actual application, you can choose bilateral positioning or unilateral positioning, and use the optional screw correction table function.

● DAC-362T supports two and three gauge axis control, providing additional gauge and related function control. All pressures for clamping and cutting can be effectively controlled on the DAC-360T.
