   1. Whether the solenoid coil of the mold relief valve of the share hydraulic bending machine is energized, and whether the voltage of the share solenoid coil meets the requirements. If it is the above reason, please check the related electrical reasons.

  2. Check whether the cartridge valve is stuck or the main spool is stuck, and the damping orifice is blocked. If this is the reason, please disassemble the hydraulic bending machine mold overflow valve and clean it, and then reinstall it.

  3. The phase adjustment of the three-phase power supply causes the motor to rotate.

  4. Check whether the oil level of the oil tank of the CNC Press Brake mold is too low, the filling port is not flooded, and the upper cavity of the cylinder is filled with liquid during fast forwarding, causing a lack of filling. For the above reasons, it is possible to add oil from the tank to more than 5mm above the filling port so that the filling hole is flooded.

  5. Check whether the fast forward speed is too fast, causing lack of fluid filling. For the above reasons, the fast forward speed can be reduced by modifying the parameters of the mold system of the CNC Press Brake.

        6. Check whether the mold fluid valve of the CNC Press Brake is opened. If it is due to oil contamination, the spool of the fluid filling valve is not sensitive and jammed, causing lack of fluid filling. Need to clean the hydraulic pressure brake mold filling valve and reinstall it from the beginning to make the spool sensitive and free.

Usually when using the CNC Press Brake, you need to turn on the power first, and then start the oil pump. After completing these operations, the staff should set and adjust the stroke. In order to ensure the working state of the equipment, before the bending operation, it should be Debug first, so as to avoid the progress of the entire work process due to small faults during the production and processing process.

In addition, the upper and lower molds of the CNC Press Brake need to maintain a certain distance. The distance between the molds should not be too close. If the distance between the molds is unreasonable, it will affect the processing quality of the components and easily cause the mold to be damaged. Staff need to be cautious during setup and commissioning.

During the processing by the CNC Press Brake, the staff should also pay attention to regular maintenance and maintenance. Before the machine tool is maintained, the power should be turned off, and no live operation is allowed.
