Reason 3: Problems with the positioning device on the equipment, or its various operating components, and buttons, etc. are not in the right position, thus making the hydraulic press brake machine can not start properly. This is similar to the CNC shearing machine, so in the CNC shearing machine, can also be used.
Before powering on the hydraulic press brake machine, close each circuit breaker in the following order.
1. First check whether there is a short circuit between the three phases of the main circuit power supply, check whether the input power supply voltage is in line with the requirements set forth on the machine data nameplate, to confirm that the main switch to close the power supply after the error.
2. Check the input voltage of the control transformer and servo transformer in turn, and close the two circuit breakers after confirming that they are correct.
3. Check whether the voltage at each output point of the control transformer and servo transformer meets the requirements according to the electrical principle. After confirming, close the circuit breaker at the output of control transformer and servo transformer. At this time, the electric cabinet cooling fan starts to work.
4. Check whether the outputs of switching power supply VC1 (for CNC system) and VC2 (peripheral DC24V control power supply) meet the requirements with reference to the electrical schematic diagram, and close the two circuit breakers after confirming that they are correct.
Many users do not know how to adjust the pressure after the purchase of hydraulic press brake machine, the following is a detailed introduction to the hydraulic press brake machine pressure adjustment method:
1. Due to the different specifications of the thickness of the stainless steel punching plate and the V-shaped opening of the upper die, the slider stroke spacing must be adjusted according to the development before pressing the button on the electrical equipment box.
2. The slider rises because the upper group moves the limit switch to make the slider stay at the required position, which can effectively improve labor efficiency.
3. Slider slow attitude adjustment slide, you need to turn on the switch to make the slider slow attitude.
4. Adjustment of left and right abrasive gap. When the die slides downward close to the V-shape of the upper die, the gap can be measured and thus the slider lifter pitch can be adjusted.
