(1) The slider goes down quickly. In this way, the downward movement of the hydraulic cylinder is only driven by the pump output through the valve into the upper chamber, and the movement speed of the slider can be adjusted.

(3) Unloading pressure. After the hydraulic bending machine work is completed, in the instantaneous return of the slider upward, through the electrical system first electromagnet disconnection 2s, in this period of time, due to power failure, valve reset, relief valve can open, so that the pressure of the upper chamber of the hydraulic cylinder down to achieve pre-pressure relief.

(4) Pressurization. The working position of the solenoid and valve remain unchanged, and the pressure in the upper chamber of the hydraulic cylinder rises gradually as the deformation resistance of the plate material increases until the ram runs to a predetermined position.

(5) Slider return. After the pressure is removed, the solenoid valve is de-energized and energized, the pressure oil output from the hydraulic pump enters the lower chamber of the hydraulic cylinder to push the slider upward, and the oil in the upper chamber of the hydraulic cylinder flows back to the tank through the valve. The liquid pressure during the return stroke can be adjusted by the relief valve.
