If there is still a certain error in the angle of the bending mechanism parts, it may not be due to the mold or parallelism, but may be caused by the balancing mechanism in the hydraulic system of the machine tool that does not ensure that the pressure oil enters the left and right cylinders evenly and needs to be adjusted.
At this point, the working mode of the bending machine will be adjusted to the point adjustment state, and then remove the mold or other accessories in the machine tool, so that the slider stays on the mechanical block, and then the pressure gauge is adjusted to the required pressure value.
The specific method is to compress the head of the percentage meter in the bending machine by 3-4 mm, and step on the system to allow the system to boost pressure. When the bending machine system pressure or system discharge, check the percentage meter hour hand offset. If it reaches the specified value, you can stop the operation. Of course, in addition to the above methods, it should also be emphasized that the bending machine must be well maintained in order to give full play to its advantages in use.
For special steel sheet metal products, the lower die R angle part of the removable, rollable LD material roller structure, the upper die R angle, V mouth width and angle redesign, here must be considered special sheet metal products rebound larger factors, such as the upper die R angle can choose 3 ~ 6 times the material thickness, the lower die R angle can choose 4 ~ 8 times the material thickness, V mouth width can choose 6 ~ 12 times the material thickness, which is to control the bending rebound cracking outer surface Indentation has a very good effect.
Bending should pay attention to the following issues:
(1) pay attention to bending at right angles to the rolling direction, bending before grinding to remove all defects, shear edge should also be polished smooth.
(2) Bending force and rebound will increase with the strength of the special sheet metal. The higher the hardness of the sheet metal, the higher the bending force and the higher the rebound.
Based on cost and maintenance considerations, the CNC bending machine can adopt a removable structure to facilitate maintenance and reduce costs. The special sheet metal bending process has the advantage of flexible production, which is easy to upgrade and adjust the product and can effectively meet the welding precision requirements.
