(6) Base: welded by steel section and steel plate. The frame, reducer, motor, etc. are installed on it, thus forming a whole.

Advocate each person to add 2/3 gear oil, and then ensure the stability of rotation, rolling sheet metal time, even if the intake is less – some, a small number of times, probably can also make the reducer run more normally, increasing the life of the plain.

3. Motor is the configuration of the rolled sheet metal machine power supply tension, is one of the reasons for common mechanical damage. Motor abandonment is one of the reasons huge reasons. The motor configuration of each machine tool is slightly larger than the theoretical value-a model, so to ensure that the motor can be handled comfortably under full load, our initiating customers should check the line of the motor every time to avoid overloading.
