Design of the modules of the CNC shearing machine
The design of each module of the CNC shearing machine.
(1) Input and output module. With the rapid development of electronic goods in China, the degree of integration of each module is getting higher and higher. The choice of integrated components is conducive to enhancing the overall design integration and facilitating the later iterations and upgrades of individual modules. Therefore, this program takes these factors into full consideration in the selection of input and output modules, and chooses an integrated input and output module, which has both input and output circuits, as well as input and output latching circuits, greatly enhancing the efficiency of human-computer interaction.
(2) Display module. Considering the industrial production does not need too high resolution display screen, so the design in the selection of the screen, on the one hand, the screen can provide a better display effect; on the other hand, it also greatly reduces the hardware cost. The display screen also has a touch function, through the touch function can realize visual programming, control, the control program using the screen pictorial display, strengthen the human-computer interaction, only to a certain extent to increase the human-computer interaction sector of the pre-development workload, but enhance the efficiency and convenience of the use of the product. At the same time, the operating status of the system can be displayed visually in real time through the screen.
(3) Servo motor control module. The operation of the servo motor provides power guarantee for the whole system, and its accuracy is directly related to the shearing quality of the shearing machine. The use of ARM to generate PWM control waveform signal can realize the accurate control of servo motor operation. The resolution of the PWM control waveform generated by the selected ARM chip can reach 10bit, and the use of high-precision PWM waveform can make the servo motor run more finely and accurately. A three-loop serial servo position control system is used, which can send the waveform back to the control system, and the ARM control system compares the waveform back with the generated module, and uses the difference to further correct the servo motor control waveform, improving the accuracy of servo motor control and shear positioning accuracy. The whole system ensures the accuracy of shear size and enhances the reliability of the whole system operation.
