The CNC bending machine includes a bracket, a working table and a clamping plate. The working table is placed on the bracket. The working table is composed of a base and a pressing plate. The base is connected to the clamping plate through a hinge. The base is composed of a housing, a coil and a cover plate. The coil It is placed in the recess of the seat shell, and the top of the recess is covered with a cover plate. When in use, the wire is energized to the coil, and the gravitational force is generated on the pressing plate after being energized, so as to realize the clamping of the thin plate between the pressing plate and the base. Due to the electromagnetic clamping, the pressing plate can be made into a variety of workpiece requirements, and the workpiece with side walls can be processed, and the operation is also very simple.
1. First, turn on the power, turn on the key switch on the control panel, and then press the oil pump to start, so you can hear the sound of the oil pump rotating. (The machine does not operate at this time)
2. Stroke adjustment, you must pay attention to adjusting the stroke when using the bending machine, and you must test run before bending. When the upper die of the bending machine descends to the bottom, there must be a gap of plate thickness. Otherwise it will cause damage to the mold and the machine. The stroke adjustment also has electric quick adjustment and manual fine adjustment.
3. For the selection of bending notches, a notch with a width of 8 times the thickness of the plate is generally selected. If you bend a 4mm sheet, you need to choose a slot of about 32.
4. Back gauge adjustment generally has electric quick adjustment and manual fine adjustment, the method is the same as the shearing machine.
5. Step on the foot switch to start bending. The bending machine is different from the shearing machine. You can release it at any time. When you release your foot, the bending machine will stop and continue to go down when you step on it.
The operating procedures of bending machine are as follows:
1. The operator must be familiar with the general structure and performance of the equipment, and it is strictly forbidden to use the equipment with super performance.
2. The operator must master the “Three Goods” and “Four Meetings” of the equipment used and the use and maintenance of the equipment according to the “Four Requirements” for equipment maintenance.
3. Before starting, add grease according to the equipment lubrication regulations, check the oil volume and quality of the oil cup, and cover the oil cup hole cover.
4. Before work, the upper and lower blades should be set to the knife. The blade gap should be determined according to the thickness of the sheared steel plate. Generally, the thickness of the sheared plate should be between 5 and 7%. Every time the gap is adjusted, the flywheel should be turned by hand. Make the upper and lower blades reciprocate once, and check whether the gap is proper with a feeler gauge.
5. Loosen the bolts of the positioning stopper according to the requirements of the cut workpiece, adjust the size and position of the positioning stopper, and strengthen it. Before working, you should try dry running for 2 to 3 times to confirm that the lubrication is good and there is no abnormality in the operation before starting work.
6. It is forbidden to use percussion to tighten the stopper or adjust the blade gap. When adjusting the gap between the guide rail and the knife edge, stop the machine before proceeding. It is forbidden to enter the cutting area by hand or pick up and pick up materials by hand during the working process.
7. The cutting edge of the blade must be kept sharp. If damage, wear or dullness is found, it should be sharpened or replaced in time.
8. When cutting sheets of different thicknesses and different materials, the pressure of the plate spring and the blade gap should be adjusted appropriately to prevent the spring from breaking or damaging the cutting edge.
