CNC bending machine
The typical bending process motion cycle stages of Anhui Yongya upper bending beam are:
(1) Static state
The rest position of the bending machine is the upper bending beam at the top dead center. In order to prevent uncontrolled downward movement, the system uses a leak-free back pressure valve to close the rod cavity of the hydraulic cylinder.
(2) downward movement
The downward fast closing movement of ordinary bending machines mostly adopts free landing, that is, movement is generated by the weight of the bending machine beam and various accessories. During this process, the rodless cavity of the hydraulic cylinder is filled with oil through a filling valve. At this time, the rod cavity will generate back pressure. The fast forward speed up to 250mm/s is controlled by the open loop or closed loop of the proportional directional valve. The fast-forward movement starts from the top dead center and ends at the maximum distance of 6mm from the bent sheet after a short braking period. Various bending machines require different fast forward end positions.
(3) Stamping/Bending
The stamping/bending stage starts with pressure build-up in the rodless cavity. On the one hand, the punching speed is limited by the oil supply of the oil pump, on the other hand, it can be adjusted by the proportional valve directional valve. At the same time, the directional valve also controls the synchronous operation of the bending beam and the positioning of the bottom dead center. The restriction of the impulse pressure is completed by the proportional relief valve to limit the pressure of the pump. The corresponding given values of speed, synchronization, positioning and pressure all come from the CNC.
(4) Decompression
The decompression of the rodless cavity either starts when it reaches the bottom dead center, or after a short holding time, so that the deformed material flows for a certain period of time, so the dimensional accuracy of the part can be further improved. Both holding and decompression are completed by the proportional directional valve in accordance with the instructions of the CNC. According to the required operating cycle time, the decompression time must be as short as possible; but in order to avoid unloading shock in the entire system, it is required to be long enough. In short, the decompression curve is not allowed to be too steep and stable. The optimization of the whole process is achieved through the proportional directional valve.
(5) return
The flow rate of the pump and the pressure-bearing area of the rod cavity of the hydraulic cylinder determine the maximum return speed. In most cases, it is close to the fast speed. The return stroke starts from the decompression of the rod cavity and ends at the top dead center. The backhaul also requires synchronous operation.
The bending groove should be selected according to the thickness of the material. Generally, it is best to choose more than 8 times the thickness of the material. These are all about the specific operating requirements of the bending machine, of course, this is only the technical requirements for the operation of the CNC bending machine.
