Working principle and composition

The electro-hydraulic servo valve is an automatic control valve. It is both an electro-hydraulic conversion component and a power amplifier component. Its function is to reduce the analog signal input of low power and convert it into a large-scale battery that changes with the size and polarity of the electrical signal and responds quickly. Power hydraulic energy flow and pressure output, so as to realize the control of the displacement, speed, acceleration and force of the hydraulic actuator. The electro-hydraulic servo valve is usually composed of an electrical-mechanical converter, a hydraulic amplifier and a detection feedback mechanism.

Common problems of CNC Press Brake:

1. How many axes does the bending machine have?

There are many CNC axes for bending machines, up to 18 axes. Common CNC axis functions are as follows: Y1 Y2 axis-slider up and down movement (electro-hydraulic servo valve), X axis-back gauge back and forth movement (servo motor), R axis-back gauge moves up and down (servo motor), Z1 Z2 axis-block finger moves left and right (servo motor), W axis-worktable plus convex.

The axial displacement of the electro-hydraulic synchronous bending machine has multiple axes, and the common common sub-items are:

  Up and down displacement of cylinder stroke

   The front and back displacement of the back gauge

   Lifting displacement of back gauge

   Left and right displacement of the finger on the gauge

   Lifting displacement for table deflection compensation

   2. What is the function of the servo motor next to the valve group of the hydraulic bending machine?It is used for feeding. The amount of material fed is controlled by the servo motor. The hydraulic part is used for bending. The bending position is controlled by this servo motor.

  3. How is the hydraulic column of the press brake controlled?

   Through the valve group control up and down, the ordinary torsion axis bending machine controls the bending depth through the position of the screw nut in the cylinder, the electro-hydraulic servo bending machine feeds back the position through the grating ruler, and the system controls the bending depth.

  4. What is the reason why the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic press brake does not work

  Oil circuit: first check whether the oil in the fuel tank is sufficient, the solenoid valve is not working, whether the coil is broken or stuck, and whether the overflow valve source is working

   There is no problem to see if the cylinder is leaking (the cylinder will slowly drop by itself when it is not working)circuit, see if the intermediate relay that controls the solenoid valve works (the outer package is a transparent plastic shell inserted into the base)
