CNC sheet metal bending machine generally adopts all-steel welded structure with sufficient strength and rigidity. Hydraulic drive, with oil cylinders at both ends mounted on the slider, directly drives the sliding work. Slider synchronization structure uses torsion shaft to force synchronization. Mechanical block structure is used for stability and reliability. Slider formation can be adjusted quickly and manually with counter display. Wedge deflection compensation mechanism to ensure high bending accuracy. The three common types of structure of sheet metal bending machines are as follows.
1. Upward moving type sheet metal bending machine.
The ram drives the punch to move downward. In order to ensure that during the working stroke and return stroke of the ram, the ram will not be tilted relative to the table due to the different resistance of the left and right cylinder tubes, thus affecting the forming quality of the workpiece, it is usually equipped with a ram motion synchronization control system. The upward moving type is easy to equip with mechanical or hydraulic synchronous control system. The mechanical synchronization device is simple in structure, low cost and can obtain certain synchronization accuracy, but the ability to bear eccentric load is poor, so it is only applicable to small and medium-sized hydraulic sheet bending machines. Hydraulic synchronization system includes mechanical hydraulic servo synchronization system, electro-hydraulic servo synchronization system and CNC synchronization system. This synchronization system has high accuracy and is suitable for plate bending machines with high requirements for bending accuracy. But the technology is complicated and the cost is high.
2. Downward moving type sheet metal bending machine.
The ram is installed in the lower part of the machine, driving the concave die upward. The working cylinder is prevented in the center of the slider, and the nominal force is single cylinder when it is small, and three cylinders when the nominal force is large. Since the working cylinder is concentrated in the middle of the slider, the deformation of the slider and the beam is consistent, and the gap between the convex and concave dies is relatively uniform over the whole length of the slider, so the bending accuracy of the workpiece is high. The return stroke relies on its own weight, so the hydraulic system is simple. The advantages of the downshift type are light weight, compact structure and easy maintenance. The disadvantage is that the synchronization accuracy is not high. The single-acting cylinder is difficult to solve the problem of slider tilt, and it is difficult to precisely control the depth of the convex die into the concave die. It is not suitable for punching, and the concave die on the table runs upward with the workpiece, which is not easy for the operator to operate.
3. Bending type sheet metal bending machine.
Accordance with the working principle of the above three-point bending method work, three-point bending machine has the advantages of high bending accuracy, wide application of the process, with the function of four-sided forming machine. However, the machine has a complex structure and high cost.
