1. a. Problem: The workpiece is deformed at the bend after bending.

B. Cause: The deformation is mainly caused by the fast bending speed, and the hand does not keep up with the speed of the bending deformation of the workpiece.

C. Solution: Reduce the bending speed and hold the workpiece and the workpiece at the same time.

2. a. Problem: When bending a long workpiece, the angle will be large at one end and small at the other end.

B. This situation is generally caused by the following situations:

(1). The thickness of the material is inconsistent, one end is thick and the other is thin.

(2). Due to wear and tear of the upper die, the height of one end is smaller than the other end.

(3). The middle block is unbalanced and not on the same level.

C. Solution:

(1). Feedback to the laser to make it pay attention to the material selection.

(2). Change the tool die.

(3). Adjust the middle block.

3. a. Problem: When bending Z-fold, sometimes the workpiece will be deformed.

B. Cause of occurrence: This situation is mainly due to the fact that C is the post-fixed position. When the B is bent, the workpiece bends and rises, hits the post-fixed rule, and is squeezed by the latter. After bending and forming, D is squeezed out of shape.

C. Solution: Use the post-determining and back-pull function.

4. a. Problem: The bending size is small, it is not easy to locate, and the upper die is easy to press on the back gauge.

B. Cause: Because t=0.8mm, press the mold selection principle, v=5×0.8=4mm. The distance from the center of the 4v to the side is 3.5mm, and the inner dimension of 2.9mm is 2.9-0.8=2.1mm. The bending size is within the distance from the center line of the v to the side, and it cannot be positioned during formal installation. The lower mold is used for reverse installation, the upper mold will be pressed and the rules are determined. Both positive and negative installation will not work, and other methods must be used.

C. Solution: You can reverse the mold assembly. Add a shim (thin) before the back gauge to make the back gauge back and avoid the upper mold.

5. a. Problem: There is a square hole in the middle of the sheet. The size of the square hole to the bending line is very close. If it is bent directly, the material from the square hole edge to the bending line will not be folded.

B. Reasons: Since the size at B is only 1.3mm and the material thickness is 0.8mm, the selected v width is 4v. Since 1.3mm<4v/2, it cannot be folded.

C. Solution:

(1). Grind the material flat to the bending line.

(2). Press the line at the bending line first, and then bend it.

6. ​​a. Problem: There is a hole in the workpiece, and the distance between the hole and the bending line is very close. If you fold it directly, the hole will be deformed.

B. Solution:

(1). Press the line at the bending line and bend it again.

(2). The laser is used to cut the line at the bending line to avoid pulling the material.

(3). If the production volume is not large and the beauty is required, LASER should be used to cut small holes first, then bend, and finally expand the holes.
