Good maintenance work is the basis for the safety and trouble-free bending machine, but also to extend the service life of the bending machine, so how to maintain high-precision bending machine?

1. The oil temperature should be between 35 and 60 degrees Celsius, not more than 70 degrees. If the temperature is too high, it will lead to the deterioration of oil quality and accessories.

2. Each time the filter is replaced, the filter should be replaced or cleaned.

3. The hydraulic oil used in the bending machine is 46 hydraulic oil or 32 hydraulic oil used according to the actual situation.

4. Monthly check the oil level of the oil tank. If the hydraulic system is repaired, it should also be checked. The oil level should be filled with hydraulic oil below the oil window.

5. After using the new machine for one month, check the bending and deformation of the oil pipe, if there is any abnormality, it should be replaced. After two months of use, the connection of all parts should be tightened, this work should be closed and the system is not under pressure.

6. Every 3 months to clean the air filter on the tank, is 1 year.

7. Every month to clean the hydraulic components (base plate, valves, motors, pumps, oil pipes, etc.), add a protective cover in the hydraulic system to prevent dirt from entering the system, the cleaning agent can not be used.

8. The machine tool has an alarm or oil quality is not clean and other filter abnormalities, should be replaced.

The same type of CNC bending machine, can also use different types of bending, according to the relative position of the upper and lower parts of the mold, gap bending and bottom bending are the two most typical bending methods. Next, I will introduce them one by one, which will be very helpful.

The so-called gap bending is a process in which the NC bender does not press between the upper and lower dies during the bending process, by adjusting the depth of the upper die to the opening of the lower die to obtain the desired bending angle. Usually, the greater the depth of the upper die into the lower die, the smaller the bending angle of the NC bending machine, and vice versa. The advantage of this bending method is that it can use multiple dies to achieve multiple angles.

What is that bending down? That is, when the metal plate is pressed between the upper and lower dies, the required bending angle and bending radius are generally applicable to plates with a thickness of less than 2mm in medium- and high-volume production. It should be noted that the working pressure at the bottom of the bend is much greater than the working pressure of gap bending.

From the working condition of the small CNC bending machine, its external load and working speed are not fixed, but vary with time. In view of this, in the actual CNC bending machine hydraulic circuit, must also take into account the speed of load change and the requirements of the actuating element.

To meet this requirement, small CNC bending machine is commonly used in two kinds of variable pressure throttling speed control circuit and volume speed control circuit, the former by changing the SIZ to control the flow of components or self-executing components. e flow control element flow area in the circuit and ultimately adjust its speed. The resulting throttling losses and heat generation are relatively small and effective.

It is not difficult to understand the working principle of CNC bending machine, that is, the metal wire is charged to the coil through the coil, and then gravity is generated to the platen, thus realizing the clamping plate between the platen and the base to best meet the needs of various workpieces. But the seemingly simple process requires coordination of the components to give full play to their proper function. If any part of the process does not meet the requirements, the whole work will be affected. It includes synchronization mechanism such as torque shaft, swing arm and joint bearing. It has the characteristics of stability and high synchronization accuracy. Secondly, the slider part, in addition to the hydraulic drive, also includes the slider, cylinder and mechanical block structure, which drives the up and down movement of the slider through the hydraulic piston.

The holding mechanism is also an indispensable component of the CNC bending machine. Driven by a motor, the two wires move synchronously through chain operation and the CNC controls the size of the gears. One part is the table operated by the button box, so that the motor of CNC bending machine makes the gear frame move back and forth and control the moving distance through CNC system.
