Hydraulic press brake machine is a widely used machine, using a simple mold, can make the plate material to bend at different angles, to get the shape of complex metal sheet parts, simple operation, mold versatility, low operating costs, so it has been widely used.

The structure of the hydraulic press brake machine includes an annular fixed die, a die cavity in the middle of the annular fixed die, a twisting mechanism inside the die cavity, a movable die outside the die cavity, a connecting rod between the movable die and the twisting mechanism, one end of the connecting rod and the output shaft of the twisting mechanism, and the other end connected to the axis of the movable die; the bottom of the twisting mechanism is mounted on the slider of the servo screw.

1. When the main motor of the hydraulic press brake machine cannot be started, the components in the main motor starting circuit should be checked for overload protection. If the cause needs to be analyzed, and if there is any damage to the components, check whether there is overload protection.

2. When the slider can’t descend quickly, check whether the slider guide is suitable.

3. The slider cannot bend or flex very slowly, check whether it is the reason of programming operation, or the reason of parameter setting, or the hydraulic reason.You can check the signal of main pressure and proportional pressure valve with the help of pressure gauge, multimeter, etc. Then check whether the proportional pressure valve and main pressure reducing valve are stuck, then check the filter element and filter oil, then check the oil pump and its coupling.
