Hydraulic shearing machine operation

First: earnestly implement the relevant provisions of the “General Operating Regulations for Forging Equipment”.

Second: earnestly implement the following relevant supplementary regulations:

1. Work carefully before work:

1) Before the dry run test, the machine should be cranked for a working stroke manually, and the equipment can be started after confirming that it is normal.
2) For equipment with hydraulic devices, check the oil storage tank and the amount of oil should be sufficient. After starting the oil pump, check the valve and pipeline for leakage, and the pressure should meet the requirements. Open the air release valve to release the air in the system.

2. Be conscientiously at work:

1). It is not allowed to cut laminated sheets, trim the edges of unedged sheets, or cut narrow sheets and short sheets that are not tightly compressed.
2). The gap between the blades should be adjusted according to the thickness of the sheet, but it should not be greater than 1/30 of the board. The knife board should be fastened firmly and the upper and lower knife board surfaces should be kept parallel. Manual cranking inspection should be used after adjustment to avoid accidents.
3) The cutting edge of the blade should be kept sharp. If the cutting edge becomes dull or cracked, it should be replaced in time.
4). When cutting, the pressing device should firmly press the sheet, and it is not allowed to cut under the state of not being pressed tightly.
5) For equipment with hydraulic devices, other hydraulic valves except for throttling are not allowed to be adjusted privately.
6). For the thickness of the sheared sheet of the hydraulic pendulum shears, it should be determined according to the “Relationship Curve Graph of the Ultimate Strength of Sheet Metal and Sheet Thickness”.

3. After working, the upper knife board should be dropped on the lowest position.

Before operation, wear tight-fitting protective clothing, fasten the cuffs, and do not open the hem of the jacket. Do not wear, undress, or wrap around the body next to the machine to prevent the machine from being twisted. Safety helmets must be worn, braids should be put into the hat, no skirts, slippers.

The operator of the shearing machine must be familiar with the main structure, performance and use of the shearing machine.

The shearing machine is suitable for cutting various steel plates, copper plates, aluminum plates and non-metallic material plates whose material thickness is the rated value of the machine tool, and it must be a material without hard marks, welding slag, slag inclusion, and welding seam, and excessive thickness is not allowed.

How to use the shearing machine: adjust the gap of the blade according to the thickness of the material to be cut; adjust the profiling or fixture according to the width of the material to be cut; make 1-3 empty strokes before the shearing machine is operated, and it can be implemented after normal Cut work.

If the machine is found to be operating abnormally during use, immediately cut off the power supply and shut down for inspection.

When adjusting the machine tool, you must cut off the power supply, and pay attention to the safety of your hands when moving the workpiece.

All parts of the shearing machine should be kept lubricated frequently. The operator should fill the lubricating oil once every shift, and the mechanics should fill the rolling bearing part with the lubricating oil once every six months.
