Inspection and operation essentials before the sheet metal shearing locomotive:

A) Inspection before driving: The equipment operating personnel should conduct the following inspections before each driving:

1. Check whether there are any foreign objects around the equipment that hinder the normal operation of the equipment, such as whether there are foreign objects under the cutting edge.

2. Check the cylinder pressure before driving. The cylinder pressure is required to be 4∽5Mpa, otherwise driving is not allowed.

3. The fuel tank has a capacity of 200 liters, and the oil level must be within the range indicated by the oil standard, otherwise it is not allowed to start the oil pump.

4. The cutting edge gap value is 8∽12% of the thickness of the shearable plate, when the material is cut.It is recommended to use a smaller value for the material with high strength, high hardness or thinner.

5. Inject grease or lubricating oil into each lubrication part.

B) Operation essentials:

I. The oil pump needs to be idling for 3∽5 minutes before cutting, and it should be extended appropriately in cold weather.

Ii. The functions of the buttons and foot switches on the control panel of the distribution box:

1. Turn the control knob with the key to turn on the power, and the power indicator on the panel is on;

2. Press down the oil pump start button, the oil pump starts;

3. Point the switch knob to single, step on the foot switch to perform a single cutting operation;

4. Point the conversion knob to continuous and step on the foot switch to perform continuous cutting operations;

5. Turn the conversion knob to jog, press the tool post down button to perform jog cutting operation, and press the tool post up button to perform jog up operation

6. Press the stopper forward button “-“, the back stopper will move forward at high speed, and the indicator will indicate the cutting width (unit: mm) set by the current stopper. Release the button and the stopper will stop. Action, at this time, the fine-tuning handwheel can be used for precise adjustment.

7. Press the stopper back button “+”, the back stopper will move backward at high speed.Fourth, the matters needing attention during parking and operation:

A) Parking:

1. Press the oil pump stop button to stop the oil pump.

2. Turn the key, the power indicator on the control panel is off, and the power is disconnected.

B) Matters needing attention in operation:

1. Note that before each cut, according to the thickness of the incoming material, adjust the cutting blade gap at any time to prevent accidents such as cutting blade chipping due to changes in the thickness of the incoming material;

2. After adjusting the cutting blade gap, lock it in time, remove the locking handle, and keep it by someone to prevent accidents.

C) Operation, maintenance and key inspection content:

1. Oil cylinder and each oil cup of the cylinder are regularly filled with calcium-based grease 2G-3.

2. If it is found that the surface of the cylinder plunger is dry, inject an appropriate amount of 20# mechanical oil into the air filling port.

3. Pay attention to check the sharpness of the cutting edge in order to sharpen or replace it in time.

4. In principle, the oil at each rolling bearing should be changed once a year or a year and a half.

5. The rear gauge screw and the light bar should be injected with 20# mechanical oil every week as appropriate.

6. Always pay attention to check the hydraulic system for leaks and deal with it in time.

7. The oil is changed every 8∽12 months, and regular monthly inspections are required. If it is found to be deteriorated, it should be replaced immediately. The fuel tank must be thoroughly cleaned before refueling.

9. The oil level and oil quality should be checked frequently, and the oil should be added and changed in time (No. 20 machine oil or No. 22 turbine oil).

10. The temperature of the fuel tank should be 30℃∽50℃, the highest should not exceed 60℃, and the lowest should not be lower than 10℃.

11. The oil is changed every 8∽12 months, and it needs to be checked regularly every month. If it is found to be deteriorated, it should be replaced immediately. The fuel tank must be thoroughly cleaned before refueling.
