The domestically-made shearing machine can fully meet the domestic demand and has achieved a large number of exports. Domestic plate shears can cut carbon steel plates up to 30mm in thickness and 12m in length. There is a clear trend for CNC guillotine shears to eliminate CNC pendulum shears.

Technical requirements for pinion installation of Anhui Yongya CNC shearing machine:

(1) The axis of the pinion shaft is parallel to the axis of the plate bending machine, the level of the pinion shaft is 0.04mm/m, and the elevation difference is not more than ±1mm.

(2) The side clearance of large and small gear pairs can be implemented according to actual elections when there is no requirement in the drawings.

(3) The large and small gear pairs are meshed and colored, and check their contact spots: not less than 40% along the tooth height; not less than 70% along the tooth length, and in the middle of the tooth width.

(4) The coaxiality between the pinion shaft and the reducer shaft is 0.2mm.

(5) The coaxiality between the input shaft of the reducer and the motor shaft, and the output shaft of the auxiliary reducer is 0.2mm; the coaxiality between the input shaft of the auxiliary reducer and the auxiliary motor shaft is 0.2mm.
