What is a laser cutting automated production line? The laser cutting system in which 2 or more laser cutting machines are online and can realize fully automated loading and unloading is referred to as “laser cutting automated production line”. Laser cutting automatic loading and unloading system is composed of programming system, logistics system, automatic loading and unloading system, 2 or more plane cutting machine systems, and finished product sorting table system, which can realize from programming to raw material feeding, cutting, and cutting workpieces. And the transportation of waste materials can be automated and run as planned, which greatly improves production efficiency, reduces labor burden, and reduces production costs. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, high precision, low cost, and convenient operation.

The laser cutting automatic loading and unloading system is mainly composed of eight parts, and the main functions of each part are as follows:

⑴ Main frame of loading and unloading system. According to the stroke distance, it is composed of a frame and a transmission guide.

⑵ Loading and unloading mechanism. Realize the related actions of loading and unloading, as well as the up and down lifting actions.

⑶ Crossbeam of loading and unloading system. Drive the feeding suction cup and the feeding fork to run on the main frame to realize stopping at different positions.

⑷Laser cutting unit. It can be equipped with 2 or more high-power laser cutting machines for sheet metal processing operations.

⑸Safety protection net. Protect the staff.

⑹ Electric raw material table. The raw material placement platform can run along the track to facilitate the addition of raw materials.

⑺ Electric finished product table. The placement platform for finished workpieces, the finished workpieces can be easily removed by rail transportation.

⑻ Material tray part. It is mainly composed of main frame, material fork mechanism, vacuum sucker group, transmission mechanism and other sensing elements. There are 36 suction cups installed on the main frame, each suction cup is 150mm in diameter, and the suction power of a single suction cup is more than 30kg.

Sheet metal automatic loading and unloading system, the characteristics of the system:

⑴ Realize from production scheduling, typesetting and programming to raw material storage, raw material loading, cutting, and the transfer of workpieces and waste after cutting to realize automation and processing according to plan.

⑵Achieve automatic loading and unloading of materials from 1 to 10mm in thickness. The processed plates can be stored in a centralized manner.

⑶ Equipped with automatic loading/unloading device; use vacuum suction cups to move in materials, and forks to remove cut plates, which can realize the docking with the production system, execute the production plan, and realize the production management.

⑷Equipped with high and low double-layer sorting table, realizes the stacking weight of 5t after cutting and blanking; the sorting table can be moved to the sorting area, which is convenient for manual centralized sorting. It is equipped with two or more sorting tables to avoid concentration. Discharge, leading to waiting.

⑸Ensure that the laser cutting machine’s power-on ratio is greater than 85%; the cutting time of 1 day is greater than 20h.

⑹ Equipped with safety fences and various safety interlock switches to ensure the safe use of the machine. When a laser cutting machine in the whole system fails, the automatic loading and unloading system can carry out loading and unloading operations for a laser cutting machine without failure, and ensure the safety of maintenance personnel in the manual work area.

⑺ After the system is started, the laser cutting machine can realize a series of cyclic actions such as worktable exchange, edge seeking, and cutting, so as to realize the automatic operation of the machine tool. The operation mode can choose automatic mode, the cutting cycle can be carried out automatically, or the manual mode can be selected, and only one cutting cycle can be completed.
