What is a laser cutting automation line? A laser cutting system with two or more laser cutting machines inline and fully automated loading and unloading is referred to as a “laser cutting automation line”. Laser cutting automatic loading and unloading system mainly consists of programming system, logistics system, automatic loading and unloading system, two or more plane cutting machines and finished product sorting table system, which can realize the automation and scheduled operation from programming to raw material feeding, cutting, and transporting of cut workpieces and scrap, which greatly improves production efficiency, reduces labor burden and production cost, with high efficiency, high precision, low cost and easy operation. It is characterized by high efficiency, high precision, low cost and easy operation.

Laser cutting automatic loading and unloading system mainly consists of eight parts, the main function of each part is as follows.

(1) The main frame of the loading and unloading system. According to the travel distance, it is composed of frame and transmission guide.

(2) Loading and unloading mechanism. It realizes the related action of loading and unloading as well as the action of lifting up and down the material.

(3) Loading and unloading system crossbeam. Drives the loading suction cup and the lowering fork to run on the main frame to realize different position stopping.

(4) Laser cutting unit. It can be equipped with 2 and more high power laser cutting machines to carry out the processing operation of plates.

(5) Safety net. For staff protection.

(6) Electric raw material table. The platform for placing raw materials, which can run along the track to facilitate the addition of raw materials.

(7) Electric finished products table. Placement platform for finished workpieces, using the track to transport finished workpieces that can be easily removed.

(8) Material tray part. Mainly composed of structure main frame, material fork mechanism, vacuum suction cup group, transmission mechanism and other induction components. There are 36 suction cups installed on the main frame, each with a diameter of 150mm and a single suction cup with a suction force of more than 30kg.

Sheet metal automatic loading and unloading system, the characteristics of the system.

(1) Realizes automatic and scheduled processing from production scheduling and layout programming to raw material storage, raw material loading, cutting, and transfer of workpieces and scrap after cutting.

(2) Realize automatic loading and unloading transfer from plate thickness 1-10mm. Realize that the processed plates can be stored centrally.

(3) Equipped with automatic loading device/unloading device; moving in materials with vacuum suction cups and moving out cut-off plates with forks, it can realize the docking with production system, execute production plan and realize production management.

(4) Equipped with high and low level double-layer sorting table to achieve a stacked weight of 5t of plates after cutting and discharging; the sorting table can be moved to the sorting area to facilitate manual centralized sorting, equipped with 2 and more sorting tables to avoid centralized discharging, resulting in waiting.

(5) Ensure the start-up ratio of laser cutting machine is more than 85%; the cutting time of 1 day is more than 20h.

(6) Equipped with safety fence and various safety interlock switches to ensure the safe use of the machine. When one laser cutting machine in the whole system fails, the automatic loading and unloading system can target one laser cutting machine without failure for loading and unloading operation, and ensure the safety of maintenance personnel in the manual work area.

(7) After the system is started, the laser cutting machine can realize a series of cyclic actions such as table exchange, edge seeking and cutting to realize automatic operation of the machine. The operation mode can be selected from automatic mode, where the cutting cycle is carried out automatically, or from manual mode, where only one cutting cycle is completed.
