Functions of electrical components on the electrical box of CNC Press Brake.

1. Graphical user interface
The user interface is the dialogue interface between the CNC system and users. The graphical user interface should be suitable for all kinds of users, including non professional users. It can realize the functions of graphic simulation, graphic dynamic tracking, simulation and rapid programming by operating through windows and menu.
2. Visualization of scientific computing
Information exchange is no longer limited to words and language expression, can directly use graphics, images, animation and other visual information. Visualization technology can be used in CAD / CAM, automatic parameter setting, tool compensation, display and visual simulation of machining process.
3. Interpolation and compensation
Interpolation methods include linear interpolation, circular interpolation, cylindrical interpolation, spatial elliptic surface interpolation, thread interpolation, polar interpolation, polynomial interpolation and so on. The compensation functions include perpendicularity compensation, clearance compensation, error compensation of passing quadrant during arc interpolation, error compensation of pitch and measuring system, tool radius compensation, temperature compensation, etc.
4. High performance built-in PLC
The CNC system is equipped with high-performance PLC, which can be programmed directly with ladder diagram or advanced language. It can be debugged and edited online to establish its own application program.

Operation method and control principle of Wuxi Shenchong hydraulic Press Brake：

1.The up and down movement of the hydraulic bending die is controlled by SF, the performance of the movement is controlled by 2Sa, the pressure holding time is adjusted by kt1 rotation, the top dead center is controlled by sq, the starting point of the pressure is controlled by sq, and the position is adjustable.

3.The machine is connected by steel plate, which has enough strength and rigidity;

Users only need to be equipped with a variety of different molds to bend the metal sheet into various shapes of workpieces. When equipped with the corresponding equipment, it can also be used for punching.
6.The main parts of CNC Press Brake are made of steel plate welded or forged, with high strength, good rigidity and reliable performance.
