The working principle of the plate bending machine is to make the work rolls move through the action of external forces such as hydraulic pressure and mechanical force, so as to make the plate bending or roll bending and forming. According to the different shapes of the rotational movement of the work rollers and position changes, you can process oval parts, curved parts, barrel-shaped parts and other parts, the thick steel plate rolled into a circle is also not a problem.
The six structural components of the three-roller plate rolling machine are.
(1) The upper and lower rolls: the important parts of the plate rolling machine, the material is forged high-quality carbon steel.
(2) Rack: divided into left and right rack each one, the rack is equipped with the lower roller bearings. There is a square buckle screw inside the frame, and the upper end of the screw is hinged with the bearing seat at both ends of the upper roll.
(3)Speed reducer: ZSY280 hard tooth surface type speed reducer is installed on the channel steel base together with the pad height.
(4)Electrical part: All installed in a manipulation box for easy operation.
(5)Unloading device: installed on the side of the reducer for balancing the upper roller when unloading; unloading and recovery are completed by the oil cylinder.
(6) Base: welded by steel section and steel plate. The frame, reducer, motor, etc. are installed on it, thus forming a whole.
CNC plate rolling machine wearing parts are generally divided into the following categories, take a look at it.
1. The sliding bearing between the lower roller, fixed seat and flip seat of the plate rolling machine is usually called composite sleeve. As usual, we accept the copper alloy, which has high wear resistance and specific force. However, due to the high amount of fighting, the composite sleeve tends to wear out during use. We encourage our customers to refuel without shifting and increase the amount of oil on its fighting surface, which can extend the service life of the sliding bearing.
2. The reducer, so to speak, is a nervous part of the transmission department of the reel. If improperly used, there will be abnormal noise, noise ratio is large and easy to be destroyed. Advocate each person to add 2/3 gear oil, and then ensure the stability of rotation, rolling sheet metal time, even if the intake is less – some, a small number of times, probably can also make the reducer run more normally, increasing the life of the plain.
3. Motor is the configuration of the rolled sheet metal machine power supply tension, is one of the reasons for common mechanical damage. Motor abandonment is one of the reasons huge reasons. The motor configuration of each machine tool is slightly larger than the theoretical value-a model, so to ensure that the motor can be handled comfortably under full load, our initiating customers should check the line of the motor every time to avoid overloading.
