2. The oil temperature is too low and the oil viscosity is too high, resulting in high oil absorption resistance

5. Coupling installation problems, such as excessive axial tightening, the motor shaft and the oil pump shaft are not concentric

7. The outlet high pressure oil filter is blocked or the flow rate is not up to the standard

8. The oil pump sucks (there is oil, but there is air at the suction port of the oil pump)

The gap must be greater than the plate thickness to avoid crushing the mold due to no gap.

14. When two or more people are bending, one person must be designated to step on the brake, and the power must be cut off when leaving the machine tool.

15. Do not do unilateral and single-point load work.

16. The sheet material must be compacted when bending, so as to prevent the sheet material from curling up and hurting people during bending.

17. Do not stack sundries and measuring tools between the upper and lower molds.

18. The power supply must be cut off when adjusting the sheet metal die, and the operation should be stopped.

19. Correctly select the bending mold, the upper and lower molds should be fastened in the correct position, and the upper and lower molds should be installed to prevent external injuries.
